I'm familiar w/ Kintera b/c of their work with MS Society
and Citizen Schools. They are awesome! I would suggest
using them for online fundraising. I have heard some issues
with their suggestions about general Interactive/New Media
consultation; however, they are the best out there for their
specialty -- online fundraising for non-profits.
Yes - the website is fuzzy. Unfortunately, the are
unsuccessfully trying to get people to call them. Drop them
a line and everything will become clear.
