Dear ISF,
First, introductions. My name is Carol Sardo and I was recently hired
(April '06) as the new assistant director of operations at Fathers &
Families. We are an advocacy group whose primary mission is to seek
shared parenting for the children of divorced and never-married
parents, with equal rights and responsibilities for fathers and
mothers. We are also a very small shop of 3 full time staff plus
casual interns and volunteers.
The current technology debate in our office is around 2 on-line
communications products: MyForum2
http://www.myforum2.com/featured_plans.php vs. Yahoo Messenger.
Both seem to offer the same functionality - i.e. online audio & video
meeting forums.
Does anyone have any experiences with either product - especially in
the area of multi-participant on-line video conferencing?
