Yeah, I agree with focussing more on processes than on the actual "technology"; and the terms. I often will tell people that the biggest area in growth in the philanthropy end of the non-profit sector is online engagement. The X, Y and Millenium generations want more than a phone call. They want interaction. The want e-newsletters. They want videos, they want to know what their money is going to. To many non-profits, are stuck in doing business how they did thirty years ago. Things have changed. People think also, that because you work in the non-profit sector you shoulnd't have good infrustructure and that isn't true at all. A good non-profit, and a good board values, infrustructure.
