Dear ISF Colleagues,
I've received the following query from a nonprofit organization that
uses CommuniGate for email:
"There is a staff person here (A) who is able to
send and receive emails from all staff with the
exception of one staff member (B) who doesn't
receive (A)s emails. (B) can send emails to all
other staff including (A). I hope Im making sense!"
Since I don't have any firsthand experience with CommuniGate, I'm
hesitant to wade in and tweak the settings. Although this group does
not have an IT professional on staff, they do have an excellent
accidental techie.
Does anyone have some trouble-shooting tips, or know of an online
knowledge base that would be helpful to this organization?
