(ISF) Massachusetts Zip codes and legal municipalities

One of my clients wants a list of Massachusetts zip codes
with the legal town and city names (not the common or post
office names).  Does anyone have a list like that which they
would be willing to share or know where I can get one
without subscribing to a data service?
