The Census Bureau has lots of this type of information. I
used it to get all the zips in our county some years ago.

I think I used this file - which as you will note is from
1999. I suppose it depends on if that is recent enough. http
://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/zip1999.html
This file seems to indicate that something should be
available from the USPS http://ribbs.usps.gov/files/addressing/pubs/tigerzip.pdf
I have also seen a public domain map of the US that was made
by plotting all the geographic coordinates for all the post
offices in the US. I don't know the age of that data.
