Iwith.org is pleased to announce two iniciatives that will benefit non profit organisations from all over the world.
1.- The third Internacional contest of solidarity postcards design .
This contest is part of Iwith.org?s strategy to fight against the digital divide and promote the use of new technologies among non profit organisations and NGOs.
In the 2005 edition, there were more than 100 proposals from designers coming from 5 countries, that resulted in more than 7000 postcards sent and 100.000 web visits during the campaign.
The solidarity postcards sent during the contest can be used to wish a Happy Christmas.
We invite you to participate and collaborate as follows:
- Being part of the experts jury that will vote the best designs online
- Spreading the announcement among your friends and collaborators, so they participate and send their designs and proposals.

Iwith.org thanks you for your collaboration and asks you to confirm your participation and indicate if you wish your institution name to be listed next to the other collaborators in the campaign.
2.- The 1st International Grant to support Web Projects from non profit organisations that aim to improve Society.
Each of the chosen projects will be exhibited in Iwith.org?s Showroom in order for cybernauts and specially Iwith.org?s stakeholders to:
Vote for them
Support them with a positive message
Eventually contribute with a donation
The jury will select three projects, which will be granted the participation in the Ab?core program, including everything that is necessary to have a professional web and easily update it during three years.
The evaluation criteria of the jury will be based on:
Positive and measurable impact on improving people lives, society progress, eradication of poverty, support to infancy, decrease of the digital breach, emergencies or environment.
Quality of proposals submitted
Clear information on budget and good management of the organisation
Votes, support and donations received through the showroom
Proposals, in accordance with the bases, will have to be presented via the official form properly completed before 15th January 2007.
