(ISF) Graphic design firms?

Hi -- my nonprofit is in the process of revamping our
website. We're looking to outsource the graphic design
piece. Can anyone suggest a good firm, preferably one that's
worked with other nonprofits? Local to DC or North Carolina
would be great, but not required. Thanks in advance!
