We are looking at web videoconferencing solutions to possibly connect our Board Members with our Director/Deputy Director for short meetings. The preference is a desktop-based solution not necessarily a Polycom or similar unit. We would need capability to connect up to 12 or more people. I have found that one-on-one is no problem and up-to-four seems typical. Is more than four impossible or difficult? The vendors I am looking at so far are Adobe Acrobat Connect, WebEx, and a few others but am looking for your suggestions. We want something user-friendly for our Board Members--both setting up and using. Mostly would be Windows machines. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
