The non-profit with which I am working has a database for
fundraising (giftmaker?), and a growing collection of other
names and addresses that are collected for various purposes.
Is there a commercial product, preferably based on MS
Access, which would make it easy to track people, how we got
their name, and let us periodically generate the usual
selected sets of mailing labels, email addresses, export for
import into giftmaker, etc.? This wouldn't necessarily be
terribly sophisticated, it would just be much nicer to find
something off-the shelf rather than try to figure out how to
find the time to work out how this has to work and write it.

Thanks,
Ari

Ari,

What you're describing should be standard functions of your
main constituent database. I recommend trying to manage all
of this data in one place -- either in GiftMaker or in a
database that would replace GiftMaker -- rather than adding
on another system. Why do you want to add an additional
database?
