Dear ISF Colleagues,
I'm enthusiastic (in a highly qualified way*) about Web 2.0 and the
new "networked economy," but I love these cautionary reflections from
the "gapingvoid" blog:
<http://www.gapingvoid.com/Moveable_Type/archives/003658.html>
It's not just folks in the private sector who need to temper their
enthusiasm. Those of us who are in the nonprofit sector need to resist
the notion that a networked economy is the next big thing AND the
panacea for chronic lack of funding.
Best regards from Deborah
