That's an excellent article to read for any company and in fact, I might point my clients there. We have two types of clients - those we host and those that host their own. Just note that you must read the entire article instead of "breezing through it". The last part about dedicated hosting is a key read. Also what should be included in there is the maintenance and the cost of additional software on top of the dedicated box. Most of our dedicated machines cost around 900 dollars a pop when you include firewalls and special back-up software.

Hosting is a pretty serious topic and a knowledgeable client is a good client.
