Dear ISF Colleagues,
As some of you know, Wayne Glynn, who is director of information
systems at Third Sector New England <www.tsne.org>, has been diagnosed
with multiple myeloma.
He is about to go on medical leave, and I have written a blog article
with some reflections about how difficult it is for an information
systems team to plan for the temporary absence of a strong leader:

I'd be interested in your own reflections about transition planning -
and do feel free to send good vibes in Wayne's direction!
Best regards from Deborah
