Subject: [ciresearchers] Introduction to Community Informatics: Course
Outline/Syllabus
To: ciresearchers%40vancouvercommunity.net">ciresearchers

Colleagues,
I am again discussing with the Faculty of Information Studies at the
University of Toronto providing a summer course entitled "Introduction
to Community Informatics" for their Master's students.
I've uploaded the Course Outline/Syllabus for the proposed course at
http://davidley.user.openhosting.com/ci-course/index.php/Main_Page#CI_Co
urse
When I last taught the course in 2005, a Wiki was developed with the
students with sections corresponding to the individual modules and the
relevent course notes and presentations were uploaded along with other
materials either I or the students thought might be relevent. This
material is also available on the Wiki site.
If anyone feels so inclined it would be great to have additional input
into the syllabus and readings via the wiki...
Also, feel free to use as might be useful and within the context of a
Creative Commons license.
