Position title: *Information Technology Manager
Reports to: *Director of Corporate Development
Position summary
This position provides hands-on management of day-to-day information technology needs, systems enhancements, user training and troubleshooting for a client management and loan origination system.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Manages the planning and implementation of systems additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting organizational infrastructure
2. Manages the interconnectivity of the major systems of the organization
3. Implements network security at the appropriate levels
4. Assist with website administration and updates
5. Oversee the administration and maintenance of systems hardware and software
6. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies
7. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary
8. Provides Help Desk administration
9. Develop and deliver user training
10. Works with project teams to help implement internal systems
11. Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to senior management
12. Manage the day to day activities of a systems administrator
13. Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly
14. Performs a wide variety of other information technology tasks as needed
Knowledge and skills required:
1. BA degree in IT and 5 years of related experience
2. Microsoft MCSE Certification
3. Strong organizational, managerial and technical skills required
4. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. HTML knowledge a plus
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment with shifting priorities
8. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple projects, activities simultaneously
9. Creative and resourceful
10. Experience in homeownership programs, real estate, or mortgage lending helpful
11. Schedule flexibility including occasional overtime and weekends
Supervisory controls:
This position receives broad program guidance and day-to-day supervision from the Director of Corporate Development. However, the incumbent is expected to perform the duties of the position independently.
