Hi Deborah,
I checked out your blog and think it is a fine idea. However, I noticed in your email a reference to techno-phobic colleagues. I suppose as a stickler for terminology, could you explain what you mean by that? I know that word gets used a lot; hence it has a tendency to be reified in our consciousness. On the other hand, I do not know of any formal studies that show that human services professionals or social workers (in particular) who are technically technophobic. On the other hand, I do believe there is a fair amount of neo-luddism < http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/neo-luddite>; however, I know of no formal studies in that regards, either.
Thanks,
Dale

Subject: (ISF) Tech-friendly executive directors
Dear ISF Colleagues,
I've been thinking a lot lately about how we can call upon the wisdom
and experience of tech-friendly executive directors to their coach
techno-phobic colleagues.
Here's a link to my blog article on this topic:

This is kind of a first pass at the idea. I'd like to encourage folks
to brainstorm with me about it.
Many thanks and best regards from Deborah
