your 2006 federal tax return. It is designed to refund previously collected
long distance telephone taxes. IRS form 1040EZ-T is attached to this
communication or can be downloaded from this link
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040ezt.pdf , or just ask for it at the
closest post office or Public Library. It comes alone with detailed
instruction and valid nationwide. Expiration date is April 15, 2007. To open
attachment you are going to need Adobe Reader available at
