Hi Mike,

Surprisingly you are right - the only way to do this in
Outlook is to create a second Profile (Control
Panel|Mail|Show Profiles|Add). It is then necessary to
fully close then open Outlook again each time you want to
switch profile. There is no "switch" or
"toggle" feature... This is annoying.

To mitigate this, you can open the data file of the profile
you are not using (Filepenutlook
Data File), if you want to see any email/contact/calendar
info that is in there. You can even add and change stuff,
and move/copy stuff between profiles/data files - you just
can't send and receive to the other profile without closing
and re-opening outlook.

All the best

from my Lions E-mail. In Outlook Express I can click on
File and then on Switch Identity. I have searched through
Outlook in Office 2003 and gone to the help area but I can
not find a way to put a second identity in and toggle
between the two.>>
