(ISF) Website expertise

A question for the group,

I am looking for website analyst recommendations. I need a person/organization who has the expertise to analyze a website for what does and doesn't work well to users. Then be able to covey that to the organizations that house it. I work with 2 non profits that need assistance. If you have any experience in working with these types of website analysts, large or small, please send their contact information on.

I am hoping to find someone that really knows what they are doing to give us some direction in how to improve the current websites.

Pro bono would be wonderful but I am more concerned about their expertise.

Also, if anyone knows of any articles or research that describe what makes a good website that would be helpful as well.
