>>I am looking for website analyst recommendations. I need a

Dear Barbara,
I'm so glad that you raised the question! It's a favorite topic of
mine. I have my own quirky approach to user-centered web design.
It's not for everyone, but you're welcome to read my blog article:
"Solipsism, inertia, and web site design for nonprofit/philanthropic
organizations"
<http://blog.deborah.elizabeth.finn.com/blog/_archives/2005/1/19/267028.html>
Probaby the main takeaway is that It's possible to do a usability
study on shoestring.
I'd also like to recommend Philip Greenspun's book, which you can
download for free:
"Philip and Alex's Guide to Web Publishing"
<http://philip.greenspun.com/panda/>
A lot of the technical advice will not be applicable, but Philip is
light years ahead of the rest of us in conveying the underlying
principles of web usability.
Best regards from Deborah
