I like SPSS and find it very helpful for the research that I do. On balance,
there are other ways to do statistical analysis. Excel, for example, does a
lot of the statistical analysis that many organizations need. I wonder if
anyone has approached SPSS about the potential nonprofit market. John

Unless something has changed recently, I believe SPSS does _not_ have
non-profit discounts. The have two discounts - academic and government.
However, I do know of a non-profit that got the government discount by
stating that they were buying the program with government grant money.
