Dear Frida--
I have used Constant Contact for a number of years and have found it user- friendly in terms of both the e-newsletter templates and the administration aspect. It gives helpful reports and seems to have high deliverability. There is also good customer support. I cannot speak to the other products you mention but I know that Constant Contact is generally considered affordable. Their pricing is based on number of list subscribers, not the number of mailings, which is good if you do frequent mailings. You should also contact them for non- profit pricing, which I believe is available. Good luck with your research and selection!
Best,
Jennifer

>>We are investigating mailing list services and have narrowed it to the following providers: We know we have to cost it carefully because that aspect of it depends on how many mailings we have and how many subscribers, so there's no avoiding doing the math. But does anyone have experience - good or bad - with any of the above? >>
