(Apologies for cross-posting.)
After years of managing a single fundraising database, along with numerous Excel spreadsheets containing information on volunteers and program participants, we are looking to purchase a fundraising database that can serve as an organization-wide CRM system. We will have about 20 users, and are currently looking at Donor Perfect and Results Plus.
Does anyone have experience with either of these systems, especially with usage beyond the Development department?
