Poke around with Google and you end up that the Tech Contact has a USA based PO box, however looks like for sure all work sent overseas, based on names listed, I would say somewhere in the Middle East.

Of course if a CEO at work says, "we have to outsource, we can save a fortune! Look how many programmers we can fire!";
