Integrations Officer (NYC National Headquarters)
Reporting to the Director, Interactive Donor Communications, the Integrations Officer will be responsible for systems integrations, data flow and hygiene, and reporting in support of the organization's online efforts. Responsibilities include: working with external vendors and USF departments to coordinate new technology implementations, and to resolve existing and ad hoc issues; serving as liaison between Interactive Marketing, Donor Database Management, IT and Finance departments to ensure ongoing flow of data between systems; conducting regular cleaning of online database; coordinating flow of data from offline sources and online lead generation projects into online database; creating weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, list size, and donation activity for divisional distribution; creating reports on online activity for projects co-owned by Interactive Marketing and other departments; and maintaining a high-level understanding of emerging technologies and
their impact on the nonprofit arena.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in technology or communication/marketing, plus a minimum of three years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated understanding of online technology, security, and data management issues required. Mastery of common Database administration tools and broad knowledge of common applications and technologies in Internet computing (web servers, proxies, load balancers, etc.) required. Knowledge of SQL, PIDI, Kintera and/or Convio preferred. Experience with Access, Excel and/or Ultra Edit a plus. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, strong project management skills, and work well in a team environment. Experience in fundraising or marketing a plus.
