Hi there. I just saw this post and wanted to provide a quick response. CitySoft's Community Enterprise software is extremely robust and will compare favorably to any of the systems mentioned in the responses to this post. For instance, it has many more modules than Joomla / Plone / Drupal and is much more affordable than Kintera / Convio (I mention these two groupings because another poster had mentioned them). I have no doubt that those are fine systems / communities and I would not disparage them in any way, but I also want to present some relevant facts. Feel free to take a look at our many client testimonials (www.citysoft.com/testimonials) and let us know if you would like additional ones.

Two factors that can be a challenge with our (or any) software implementations are:

1. Whether the client is keeping up with the latest releases

2. Whether the client has an effective implementation partner providing implementation services and support (we work with a community of several dozen partners)

I don't want to make this a long post, so I will just say come take a look at the latest version of the software. It will not disappoint.

Respectfully,

Nick

>>I'm looking for a content management systems application. Open Source or commercial. I think I saw messages about that topic a couple of months ago, but I have trashed those. Has anyone found something fabulous? What's your experience with Contribute? Recently, a client of mine has used CitySoft, but my impression has not been very good.>>
