Google has announced it's offering it's Apps products free to nonprofits. The suite includes gmail for 
yourdomain (apparently you can still use your outlook/other client too), a unified 'start' page for your business, web calendars, and web-based document sharing.
We're a small organization (5 staff, but adding 2 staff and 20 AmeriCorps members soon) currently using Outlook for e-mail, and share calendars and documents using webex (www.webex.com). Webex isn't the most user friendly service so we don't take advantage of it much.
Is it worth switching to Google Apps for webmail, calendars, and file sharing? What are some advantages/disadvantages you see? Is this the 'way of the future'--are products like Office Live (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officelive/FX101534261033.aspx) going to replace MS Office one day soon?
I'm making the case in my office for us to use Google Apps but would appreciate advice.

Google has announced that it is making tools available to help nonprofit groups communicate and collaborate.
Google Apps, which will be free to nonprofit organizations in the United States, includes e-mail and calendar programs, Internet-based telephone and text-messaging services, and word-processing, spreadsheet, and Web-publishing applications.
