We're updating our "Working with Technical Volunteers" guidebook, which includes a questionnaire to evaluate a volunteer's skills. I am hoping I can get some help on two questions (see below).

Could the Web and/or database developers out there give me some feedback on removing/adding items from/to the following questions to make them more 2007? I'd like to list the "legacy" apps that are still popular in the NPO world, but remove stuff that is really outdated. Thanks!

I'd be sure in include some of the CMS packages for websites:

Plone, Drupal, Joomla - and find out if volunteers have skills in editing (using those tools) or in implementing those tools.

And I'd ask the same questions about Salesforce - know how to use or know how to implement.
