Dear ISF Colleagues,
One of my esteemed clients is trying to get the word out about a
really great mash-up of e-philanthropy, social networking, and online
advocacy.
The basic idea is that nonprofits can register (for free), and then
their stakeholders, friends, and donors can create individualized gift
registries for themselves. That way, they can show their loved ones
what sort of donations for positive social change they like to have as
birthday presents - as an alternative to another ornamental doily.
If you're interested in more details, please see my blog article:

I'd love to hear from members of the group about ways to encourage
nonprofit organizations in the U.S. to register.
Many thanks and best regards from Deborah
