Matt
You can host your videos for free on DoGooderTV (http://www.dogooder.tv <http://www.dogooder.tv> ) and then embed them in your site, for free. (You can do the same thing with YouTube, but they will show "related" videos after the video plays.) You can also look at Brightcove, which has a terrific player but also advertising in their free version. Lots of folks also use BlipTV. (Disclosure: we run DoGooderTV.)
If you want a white-label solution the issue will be volume. In my experience, the low-end streaming hosts are not particularly reliable. If you plan to have a decent amount of stuff and you have a budget, you should look at Brightcove again, Feedroom, and Limelight Networks.

Subject: (ISF) Streaming Video host
Hello -
Can anyone recommend a company that hosts streaming videos? We would
like to add streaming contect to our web site but do not have the
bandwidth to host it internally.
Thanks,
