Introducing myself:

My expertise is in research and evaluation.  I?m a
consultant working with nonprofits in Baltimore and Maryland
who want to understand and demonstrate that their programs
are achieving their goals.  Child First Authority is a
client.  As a new consultant ? less than 1 year, I?m in the
client development stage of my business.

I?ve created databases, revised databases and customized
databases.  I train data entry staff and coach
administrators.  Sometimes I tell people with very small
programs to use paper and pencil.  Is this low tech or no
tech?

Open source web applications that collect and report
outcomes (did my program?s clients change?) especially for
groups interest me.  Small and very small nonprofits need
robust yet easy to use tools.
