a while back (below) that made a negative comment about our company.
We were surprised by this and since I was unfamiliar with the person

this post kicked off a long thread about content management systems,
it seems important to present this group with the facts that we
learned.>>

Dear Nick,

Thanks for following up with more information, and with your take on
the situation.

Naturally, the folks from Signify Design and Onyx Spectrum would also
be welcome to add their perspectives. In fact, all are welcome to
participate in the discussion, providing that they do so in an
non-inflammatory way.

Many thanks from Deborah

Deborah,

I share with your inclination towards openness and transparency. One of the challenges with these online discussions is that they can lend themselves to a lack of transparency, disclosure, or accountability. It's pretty easy to send vaguely worded criticisms with the knowledge that it may be difficult or time consuming to track down and unlikely that all the facts will emerge. Fortunately, in this case it was possible to provide your list members with important additional information. We are happy to continue the discussion if necessary, but perhaps everyone has had their say at this point.

Very Respectfully,

Nick
