Deb suggested I post my plea here. I can't believe there's another
Yahoo! Group for nerdiness. It's wonderfully neverending. 
I work for a nonprofit that (like many others) has a bunch of needs. We
host events, allow for online donations, sell publications,
send emails, etc. Currently we're using Convio, eTap and our own Lotus
jury-rigged tools that are expensive and cumbersome and we're excited
to get off of them as soon as possible. I think we've found a great
product called GiftTool (www.gifttool.com) that can handle all of
these and more (recommended from the fabulous idealware), but we can
only view demo walkthroughs with a sales dude on a webex-y platform
and not play with the tool ourselves. Has anyone else
had first-hand experience with the tool? If so, would you be able to
say how you used it and how you liked it?
