Greetings,
I enjoyed meeting some of you at the NTEN conference in New Orleans. As Network Administrator of AHC Inc [formerly Arlington Housing Corporation], & in fact as the entire IT Department of my organization, I learned many valuable tips. Our organization builds & provides affordable housing in Arlington, VA, a high-priced real estate market.
My interests are enhancing the stability & speed of our network, long-range planning regarding our out-lying offices [WAN, LAN, terminal server?] and related topics.
My tip: are your users confused by Microsoft's Office 2007? Point them to Microsoft's interactive sites, where they can enter key strokes in the 2003 version & be shown the 2007 steps. [I told someone at the conference that I would send links.] Requires Adobe Flash Player <http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Sh ockwaveFlash> .
