An esteemed client of mine, the Massachusetts Council of
Human Service
Providers, is requesting proposals to redesign their web
site

constituent relationship
management / content management solution, and are actively
seeking
proposals that incorporate free / libre / open source
software.
This has the potential to be a showcase project, since the
Council's
executive director is the chair of the National Council of
Human
Service Providers <www.ncna.org>, and is also very
active in the
movement to create a statewide association of nonprofits in
Massachusetts <http://www.mass-service.org/nonprofitworkinggroup.sh
tml>.
I'm reluctant to send an attached document to the entire
list, but
will be happy to send a digital copy of the RFP to anyone
who emails
me off-list.
