I do agree with Ted, but if you do feel it is worth your
time, remember that DreamWeaver is available to nonprofits
on TechSoup for $35, and really isn't as scary as many
people think, part of being good software is that it has a
good user interface, and there are plenty of excellent
learning resources for it.
