Emily,
There is a good description and resource list here:

ference_library/software/online_training.php
I know Groundspring.org, NPower, N-TEN and others offer
webinars; SmarterOrg.com has merged with ISOPH, a leader in
"e-learning services for nonprofits" and there are
many others you can google.
I appreciate being able to train with people from around the
country without travel expenses, however - my 2 cents - I
have very mixed feelings about online courses. If they are
recorded and one can go at their own pace, like a software
tutorial, I think they are fine.
For other uses, as a student I do not retain as much or
frankly enjoy the learning experience as much as in-person
training. As an instructor, designing and delivering GOOD
online training takes a LOT of thought and practice, and
creating interaction is a constant challenge. I personally
don't like the lack of interaction the environment provides,
but I know it is less of an issue for others, depending on
their learning style(s).
Hope that helps.
Best,
John Kenyon
