Please forgive the cross posting.
Since 9/11 our Disaster Response program has gained
substantial experience with helping communities recover, to
the extent that we are now being asked to help others
develop similar programs. We've recently been asked to do
this in Texas, and I'm putting together a business planning
toolbox (specific to the development of a disaster response
program) to take with me. Any suggestions for what you would
include in such a toolbox would be greatly appreciated. Once
complete, I would be happy to make it available to everyone.
