All,
Do you have any norms (either written or unwritten) around
email
communication at your nonprofit?
Specifically, is there a certain response time that your
organization
considers appropriate? And, are you making use of features
like read
receipts, priority flags, or things of that nature?
I'm most interested in internal norms, that is for
staff-to-staff
communication.
Any info would be most appreciated!
