Launching a different cmd shell from IR?

I searched the archives, but I couldn't find any mention of this. Is there a way to modify IR to launch a different cmd shell? For example, I'm using Console (http://sourceforge.net/projects/console/) which provides for tabs and transparency, and I'd like to use it as my Ruby console window.
