No spiner script.

Hey guys.
I figured out what was causing my undefiend webrick problem,
it was aproblem with RAGI which is a library used with
asterisk.
Having gotten past that point I am now trying to use
capistrano and amfinding out that for some reason there is
no script/spinner script. Reaper and Spawner are there but
not spinner. Is there somethingspecial I have to do in order
to install spinner?

I thought I read on the rails 1.1 announcement that spinner
is no longer
available.  I can't find it now.

It was replaced by a parameter to one of the other
scripts...
