No spiner script.

Interesting. It seems they haven't upgraded capistrano then
becausethe scripts fail when attempting to deploy.
In fact I spent all of yesterday at hotel capistrano banging
my headagainst that wall and cursing the heavens.
I guess I will wait till they upgrade capistrano and the
documentation then.
