unknown web 'wiki'?

Hey

I got Instiki to install correctly. Had to go through some hoops with sqlite. No big deal. Just curious about this message. When I go to the wiki, and enter information for the name of the wiki, etc.. I hit save, and I get a message that says "unknown web 'wiki'". I've seen some things here and there about it but not a definate fix. Can anyone sumarize a fix for this?

-thanks.
Aaron

are you maybe on osx? since osx has problems with the
readline
library, you might want to either get the svn-edge version
of instiki
or install readline and ruby 1.8.5 from source!

I'm on ruby 1.8.4. Should that matter?
