Agenda items for San Diego

At the moment, we have:

- Outgoing rights that the IETF should grant to users of the
IETF's 
publications
  draft-ietf-ipr-outbound-rights-01

- Incoming rights update to make sure the two match
  no specific draft, but the changes in
draft-ietf-ipr-rules-update-07 
that didn't go into
  draft-ietf-ipr-ietf-trust-update-03 are worthy of
consideration

- The specific issue of copyright notices and licensing
terms in 
internet-drafts and RFCs
