Question about how IPR Rights will be recorded.

There are as it happens many government based entities that
have an interest
in IPR. Is there any plan in this IPR-WG to notify say the
DHS
(http://cbp.gov/xp/cgov/import/commercial_enforcement/ip
r/) of any IETF IPR?
or anyone else for than matter? WIPO?
