If you wish to communicate with other IETF participants, use

terminology that the IETF uses for its functions.

I do not see any reason for participants to use resources on
figuring 
out whether or not your unique terminology has any
relationship to the 
processes and procedures that the IETF is in fact following.
Either use 
terminology that corresponds to what other people use, or
shut up.
