OSCOM server down in 3 days

Hi,

AFAIR, the current OSCOM server will be unplugged, and the
domain 
canceled in 3 days (March 24).

AFAIK, chregu has taken care of the domain - how about the
server, the 
web site, the mailinglists?

what do you need?

virtual hosting on Apache?

Ehrm, we (the Kupu people) have our website running on
http://kupu.oscom.org
(it's a Midgard site), are we in trouble now? Will
this be up in a couple of days? Should we move stuff to
another server?

I'm trying the best I can 

In the worst case, we'll have a static export of the
webpage ...  Do you 
have any interactive stuff there?

I'm no midgard expert, so I doubt I'm able to setup that
(besides my 
lack of time) and I'm not sure, if henri has the time to
make it running 
until then, but I hope the static pages will do it for the
short term.

The last word in where it will be hosted in the future
isn't spoken 
anyway.. But for the very short term, it will run on a
vserver here at

I've made SQL dump of the database to
/root/midgard-20060321.sql and
of the file attachments to
/var/lib/midgard/blobs-20060321.tar.bz2.
I'm copying these to my laptop as a precaution, but others
with server
access might also want to download these as backups.

I'm now in EclipseCon, but will start driving to Dallas,
and then fly
from there to Helsinki. This means that I will be
practically offline
from tomorrow to 28th. After that I should be able to help
set up the
Midgard site again.

In the meanwhile, a wget -m dump of the site should work as
a static copy.
