Is it realistic that we can manage this within 3 days or do
we have to 
take into account that the web site as well as mailinglist

why bother transfering domain?

Are you talking about handle? If not, just switch
authoratative.
The rest of stuff should be simple if there isn't a bag of
mixed stuff 
like different Apache configuration. Just snapshop the site.
I will do that anyway.
