Not right now.

Others that have wanted to do this are using the fribidi2
module from
fribidi.org which does the bidi reordering and Arabic
shaping part you
need.

I was trying to do something similar a while back. It would
be nice to remove 
the extra Fontconfig dependency. Is there a release date for
the fribidi2 
module (with arabic shaping)? Or is there a stable branch in
CVS that can be 
used right now?
