No San Diego meeting

My expectation is that the 3 MIB drafts currently in
the imss WG will be through WG Last Call and in our
AD's hands by the time of the next IETF meeting
(5-10 November 2006) in San Diego, and I don't expect
any new drafts.  On that basis, the imss WG will not
meet at the November IETF meetings in San Diego.
